• Due to the wide variety of low-production vehicles we work on, willingness to tackle the unknown is also an asset.

Automotive Service Writer Apply Now!

Edmonton’s premier independant service shop requires an experienced automotive service writer to help with our growing workload.

The ideal candidate will be able to

• interact with customers by phone and in person,
• collect pertinent details about the work required,
• write service orders,
• prepare accurate estimates,
• order parts from a variety of suppliers,
• track and account for mechanics’ time on orders, and
• prepare a final bill.

All work is done by computer, so computer literacy is essential. Some mechanical knowledge is also required so that you can to speak intelligently to customers. Most importantly, you should enjoy people.
